To maintain competitive hourly rates, we do not include estimated operational costs in our pricing. Instead, expenses such as airport landing fees, parking charges, ground handling, and crew overnight stays are billed at the exact amount charged by the service provider, with no markup.
If you subscribe to a 20-hour monthly plan and utilize only 15 hours, the remaining 5 hours automatically carry forward into the next billing cycle. As long as your membership remains active, your unused hours remain valid.
Yes. Our Hybrid Mixed Fleet Membership allows you to select the most suitable aircraft for each journey. For example, you may choose the Premier 1A for a two-passenger business trip and the XLS Gen 2 for larger group travel.
To maintain operational efficiency, a minimum flight time of 1.0 hour per dispatch applies.
Jet Card members receive Priority Dispatch. While we recommend 24–48 hours notice, flights can often be arranged within 6–10 hours, subject to regulatory and permit approvals.
